All of the brothers seem close with each other which i cant say is true for many frats. my friends and i go to their open parties almost every time they have one

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Binghamton University State University of New York - BUSUNY 1.4 Went to an open here and it was pretty whack. Alcohol was hard to access, house wasn't that great for parties, mostly anti social dudes in their own groups. The only girls there were beat, never seen any letters or anything on campus either.
