Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Binghamton University State University of New York - BUSUNY 3.0 Chi Phi has a nice atmosphere at their parties and god punch. However, the dance floor is structured weird (you know what I'm talking about if you've been there) but the weird structure also allows them to have small parties or big parties. The guys are all nice but most of them don't approach girls unless girls approach them. Also, the DJ was a jerk when I went.
