Supbar frat filled with herbs and weirdos. Had apartment hallways above the tep house for a couple years and somehow called it a "house" lmfao. Might be a middle tier frat in 5-10 years if they got an actual house and didn't try so hard to seem cool

I admit it, I am a zete brother from another chapter in Canada. But I'll be the first to say, we visited a couple of Zete chapters in the states who were filled with straight up jerks who weren't friendly or hospitable at all; but these guys at Binghamton were the best. showed us around, introduced us to girls, best chapter we visited on our road trip. Oh, their house is in a huge church too with a bball net which is tight too.
