Very high GPA on campus, and very involved with community service. A lot of the coolest bros graduated two years ago, but the new group of Juniors is very strong. The new house will be top once completed.

their house isnt near any of the bars. It's like a ten minute walk. Some of the boys are nice but a lot of them are extremely creepy.

TEP is the most involved with their philanthropy. They have such a nice house and brotherhood. Everybody is so close and theyre the nicest group of boys ever. I would hang out in TEP over any other frat any day of the week.
