UAlbany Admin are killing Greek life

Sorority’s and Frats enhance the college experience by challenging students to achieve academic excellence, develop leadership potential, and give back to the local community. Since the University is destroying Greek Life one org at a time, they are forcing the positive aspects of joining these orgs to take a back seat. Orgs are forced to go underground, which just makes it so they are not affiliated with campus activities, hence no structure or guidance. So, if something bad happens with an underground org., I blame the college. At least when they were above ground, students had to maintain good grades, take part in community activities, etc. Now, they need to hide and it’s strictly just partying. Good job UAlbany and the lil dictator they have spying on students, setting them up, getting them to turn on one another! Damn, the dude even walks up and down the streets to take pictures and tries to enforce punitive measures if students are seen with known underground orgs. Two of my friends transferred to other colleges because Greek life sucks and the college is creating a hostile atmosphere amongst it’s students and community. Get it together UAlbany!!!! You are hurting us students and community!!!
