recommendations

I will be a junior transfer student from california fall of 2014 and really want to rush. If i have recommendation letters from DG's and Zetas in california will that help my chances of possibly being accepted as a junior?

How could that possibly help when DG and ZTA aren't at this school? Rec letters are only good for THAT sorority. No one here uses them anyway.
