No disrespect but the current situation is really kind of hostile, even hateful. Whatever anybody's reasons for doing otherwise--and one can understand them--the only way that we are ever going to save Greek life at the University (and we shall indeed succeed) is by uniting together in an atmosphere of at least peaceful coexistence and ideally, mutual respect and trust. Just a thought...don't want to lecture anybody, just wish you the best in these dark difficult times. I know how you feel and it hurts me to read some of the angrier and more hopeless posts. Thank you for letting me have my say here. If I could do more for you all now you would already have it. Wishing you all a great semester!
