PKT has been off campus for years and have been a dead org for a solid year or two. can't remember the last time I've seen a single one of them.

I agree for the most part, id prob put lambda sigma upsilon in the top tier as well for frats and for sororities i'd prob bump up aephi to atleast middle if not top. If it comes to partying then these extra changes def apply.
