when are alpha phi getting a house?

They cannot last much longer without a house... but national organizations are usually reluctant to buy an expensive one until the chapter has been successful for a few years. And if they don't get on high street then it will be the kiss of death. Can they hope to have houses as nice as Theta and Pi Phi?

SigEp always has more rooms than it can rent to brothers, cause not enough guys wan to live there.

they definitely don't need to be on high street. chi psi's new house is being built near DKE and ADPHi and it will literally be the best house on campus. It's bigger and newer than SigEp with two basements and a party space larger than Box. campus center is moving away from high street.

My friends in aphi have said they're getting a house by next year. But we'll see where it is and what it's like

there is no real place they can go and their dues are already the most expensive as all

This is just false, our dues are about the same as the other three.

Stop spreading false rumors. Our dues are the same as everyone else's. The house will be done by the end of this year. National is spending tons of resources on Yale Aphi
