we just got Chi Psi and they tried to start another one, Alpha Sig, but couldn't get enough guys.

Alpha Sigma Phi nationals were invited to campus to recruit when I was a freshman but they didn't have enough interest. Were trying to restart their Alpha chapter.

Why do we need a new one? Are there enough guys who seriously wanted a frat but couldn't get a bid to any? Sounds to me like there is no "group" of guys that needs a fraternity. If anything, a new sorority could make things interesting, if what we've seem from APhi continues.
