Some honest suggestions: listen up guys!
1) Slightly increase the size of your spring pledge class. Now I'm not talking SigEp big, because you want to maintain the tight brotherhood, but increase the size to extend the social reach.
2) Pictures. Girls love pictures, and that's why many love going to SigEp events. Take lots of filtered photos of mixers (like the hunters vs. hunted), crush events, and formals.
3) Crush was nice at the house this semester and I appreciate the setup, but I honestly wish it were at a rented venue.
4) Host more invite-only events! Thursday late nights are great for everyone, but hire a bouncer and do themed nights with a restricted guest list!
