by: whatLiterally what are you and do you exist? I took a peek at those holiday photos on Facebook and you're literally just like 90% ROTC + Water Polo. Like if you want to move up you gotta have a more open mind and recruit freshmen and sophomores who are different from you IMHO. B/C right now you're just like guys from two parts of Yale coming together, which prevents top tier status.

Not really sure why we don't mix with them, we mostly mix with SigEp/SAE, occasionally SigNu, and lots of sports teams. I guess we just decided that we just didn't have much in common with the guys. I mean they're like 90% waterpolo and military guys, not your usual (and diverse) fraternity demographic! But they could be nice.

If you girls mixed with them you would know that there are only a couple guys in ROTC or waterpolo in Chi Psi. It seems like most of them come from larger friend groups in the colleges

leaders are relevant. Chi psi just isnt. sorry, but if your sophomore class is weak (no people, and no diversity), and your freshman prospects are questionable (who's even rushing, did it start?) then what can I tell you??
