I'm very interested in rushing. SAE is definitely known among frosh to be top tier and very active. How do I go about the process? Who do I contact to get on the panlist?

Is this legit? from my friends I thought you have to ask one of the brothers in person, not email yalesae (at) gmail (dot) com. I know SigEp has an email they use (which had like 120 guys on it last year).
