ranking criteria

I want things to get back to normal on this board and campus after the scandal so I am going to steer the topic of this board back to ranking sororities.

What are the criteria that most people use to rank sororities? I am not talking about the criteria listed on Greekrank but among the actual Greek community on campus-

Is it just parties and looks and superficial things like that or more about the kindness and classiness of sisters and involvement on campus?
