question about rush tips

Does anybody know what each of these fraternities and sororities are looking for in a member? I mean, each sorority and fraternity is looking for something different, so what are some tips about how to get a bid from each fraternity or sorority?

Theta wants rich girls who are classy
Kappa wants regular motivated girls who are classy
Pi Phi wants bubbly prep school girls
Alpha Phi wants partiers

Theta: wealthy, pretty, popular, good social media, overall "top" girls
Pi Phi: bubbly, pretty, fun, often hardcore partiers, "typical" sorority girls
Alpha Phi: wealthy, they recruit a LOT of internationals, high st partiers
Kappa: nice and genuine women, funny, sweet
