how many people invited to each pre-tap night

Is it the target 16 new members or is it more than this? Do people invited to a pre-tap night NOT get a tap during tap night?

If you are tapped during pre-tap then you will be tapped on tap night unless something comes up about you that would cause your dismissal.

I thought pre-tap was for finalists (like remaining 25) and everyone goes to differentiate pre-taps to see which one to commit to

so is this basically like sorority preference round where if you get pre-tapped you WILL get a tap from at least one of your choices unless something catastrophic happens? and you ultimately get the final say?

no some use it as a final weeding round and will only give a tap to 16 of the invited members.

No. Nothing is certain. It’s like 20 to 25 for 16 initial slots. So a good chance but then again you might not get the initial tap and get it later if others drop
