societies with houses

I'm wondering if there are any seniors that can tell me if a society with a house is for sure always better than one without? If I get tapped for two, should I just definitely take the one with the house, or give the one without one a shot?

^(this is specifically about ones with houses and apartments, I haven't had taps from any with "tombs" lol)

Lol are you kidding me no it's about the people in it? esp if you're just renting a place it can be lost at any point
