History has been made today for our fraternity. Resolution 2, which calls for substance-free chapter facilities, has been passed by the undergraduate body and will be incorporated into our bylaws. 
In short, by 2018 all common-areas of facilities must be substance free, and by 2020 all areas of chapter facilities must be as well.
