transferring to yale but already in a sorority

Does anyone know how it works when you come into Yale as a fall transfer your sophomore year with sororities? I am currently a freshman and am already an active member of Pi Phi at a different school but will be attending Yale in the fall. Any info on that process or know of anyone who did it? Thanks!

someone at another school was in theta and since there's a theta here she was able to join immediately
