The Yale Luther House (?) has just moved out of the house to the right of SigEp. DKE/ADPhi or some sorority should buy that house ASAP before grad students or some couple with a baby (aka The Neighbors ft. Seth Rogen IRL ) buy that house!

Alpha Phi should buy that house if they really want to edge closer to Theta this year. If they buy it, they'll have the nicest house/apartment of all of the sororities.
