cambridge oxford reputation?

I keep on seeing the Cambridge Oxford Apartments being mentioned everywhere on Facebook. Like Eihu Yale, Rumpchat, etc. What's the big deal? Why is everyone obsessed with them and what's their reputation?

It's literally the ONLY place to be. The waiting list for the place is MASSIVE. you have to put your name down in the fall of the year before you want the apartment.
