Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Yale University - YU 2.0 The more sophomores that drop membership, the more the chapter needs to increase the size of the pledge classes and then there is less sense of the brotherhood and less sense of duty and responsibility. It's an organizational death spin.
