SigEp ran over and killed a woman with a truck full of kegs. While another victim was still recovering, SigEp was throwing parties and sharing videos of their "Harlem Shake." Then came the lawsuit, and all of the brothers turned on each other. Everyone's parents got sued.

Sig Nu and Sig Ep are obviously the two top frats. The only thing I would say is that the brothers are definitely not the "rager" types. Sig Nu is definitely more like Pi Phi in terms of personality, whereas Sig Ep tends to act more like Theta equivalents. Of course this is just generally speaking.

They're a fairly classy bunch. But they lack varsity athletes, quality sophomores and their new house is on the smaller side + not close to High St. They're generally friendly though and have positioned themselves a step above Sigma Chi.
