SigEp is undoubtedly a top house, if not THE top house. However, speaking as a sophomore, SigEp really needs to do a better job throwing down in the fall semester and making sure freshmen come. I know they get off from being the only frat that operates under a guest list but in my year everyone thought Leo was the best frat on campus until a bunch of guys rushed SigEp. Then after rush everyone became obsessed with SigEp. Leo had consistent, fun parties and they got a bunch of alpha guys
