Nerdy and insular, NJBs, nice new house and frequent parties, funny and down to earth. And they have formal every year too! (Or every semester? Idk.)

Their pledge classes are small, but this is actually a good thing. They are all friends and have very solid and real brotherhood. Very laid back, athletic and fun like Pi phi. (I have a lot of friends in Pi phi so I'm biased lol but still) Consistent late night Zeta (yes the basement is crowded and messy, but it's always a good time when you just wanna dance to trap music.) I think they're a lot nicer than most frats here but have some degree of social status too. And yes I agree with the below post - the anonymous poll was a really good idea.

i think a lot of the members are kinda fake and think they are exempt from the problematicness of greek life yet they do many of the same things other orgs do that are messy and bad.

Honestly it seems like all the brothers are very close. There are some guys in Sigep who are douches but a lot of them are really chill people. I think most of the sophomores are actually nice (I'm a soph, not in Theta, I know a lot of them.) Not sure about the frosh but I know the sophomores who got bids this year are all actually nice people. It seems like they're trying to respond to the claims about attitude problems. So they've got a ways to go but I think they are making an effort. That's miles ahead of where DKE is right now.

Are they going to do anything about all of this???? Like it says in YDN they're going to keep doing social events and rush. WHAT? who would go to a DKE party at this point? And who would accept a bid? Furthermore, is Yale itself going to hold them accountable like they did for SAE, SigEp, etc a long time ago??
