Oh look, here's Zeta claiming they got all the star girls last year...
There's more of these but I don't enjoy looking through the cesspool that is Greekrank.

I do not even understand what is so top about some of the top tiers.

This is all standard zeta. They recruit 10 star girls (here's to looking at you Emma, michele, seeley, Kelly, Maddie, etc) who are the face of the PC and make everyone think zeta got the best but if you look past those 10 it's nothing special.
