how hard is it to get into a top tier?

By this point, if you aren't friends in "top tier" sororities then your chances are slim. These sororities are more selective and they already have PNMs on their radar. You can get in still if you don't know anyone, but it's much harder.

I have a lot of friends in phi mu and zeta tau alpha but im not sure if they will pic me so i am nervous too
