This is exactly what it is right now if I had to rank it in three tiers. But each sorority is amazing and has something to offer.

TOP:
Phi Mu/Zeta/Sigma
MIDDLE:
AxiD/TriDelta/AOPi
BOTTOM:
KD/AXO/SK

Drop ZTA one tier and drop AOPi one tier. They don't have to be evenly divided tiers.

axid and zta are very definitely very different chapters but with one on the rise and the other falling, they are on the same level
