from a stereotypical stand point zeta is undeniably top tier and probably number 1. they're attractive and frats want to hang out with them and there are a lot of pnms that want to join them. from a genuine standpoint of sisterhood its debatable where they stand probably not top tier then but in that case neither is phi mu
