transferring
by: newHi I might be transferring to Elon from Alabama and I'm already a Phi Mu (and it's pretty top tier here). Can anyone tell me their reputation/ranking at Elon and what the transition will be?

So, at Elon Phi Mu is debatably #1, but inarguably top tier. The girls are often thought of as... ditsy? That may or may not be the right term. While they can be thought of as not having a great sisterhood, a lot of girls there do seem happy, and they don't publicize drama as much as some other organizations. They're all very pretty and most are quite affluent. They dirty rush, but as a result generally get more or less the pledge class that they want. If you're seriously considering transferring I would contact either their president or maybe recruitment chair, I'm sure either would discuss with you the possibility of becoming reaffiliated. Both email addresses should be available on the Student Life section of Elons website. Good luck!
