achio continuous open bidding

I know everyone says contact Shana for information on A Chi O's continuous bidding but all she said was that A Chi O and Zeta were doing continuous bidding which I knew. How does the A Chi O process work? I got the email explaining how Zeta's continuous bidding process works but I am still confused about A Chi O's.
