Because I'm a Chi O at another school, and just went to our expansion conference. Only on Elon's Greek Rank cause I'm thinking about transferring

^^ The only way to add another sorority of any kind is for 1) Panhell to form an "exploratory commitee" on expansion and then every current group would vote on expansion. If approved, the expansion is posted in the NPC Bulletin and any NPC group can submit a written proposal. Then, Panhell will select a number of the groups to present in person, on campus. That's how it works. And, Panhell could invite more than one group to colonize -- in a "stack" -- say in 2018, and another in 2020.

Elon is expanding their student body and therefore they want more Greeks. They do whatever brings more money to the University. "Education" is a business.
