revise the top

The top tier needs to be revised. A lot of girls chose "middle tiers" over the "top" because they liked them better. I would say the true list is:

SIGMA
DELTA

ZTA
PHI MU

KD
AOII
SK
ACHIO

this is absolutely stupid. and a big reason the top tiers are top is because of their popularity with frats and PNMs. that's just the way greek life works but nice try, delta.
