Personally I think Delta, AOII, and KD all did the best out of the "middle tier"

Best theme: I really liked Phi Mu's Ke$ha theme and AXiD's America theme
Worst theme: Zeta and Delta

Most impressed with Delta and KD. Especially Delta but I think both did better than AOII and Sigma Kappa.
