a ton of freshmen want zeta because they aren't as cool as the other two but they still want to get into a "top tier" sorority.

Maybe the top tier is right but middle is not for sure. SK is definitely not above delta and probably more bottom tier around KD if not lower. AOII and Delta are about even but I'd even say Delta is higher.

Probably just a sigma kappa trying to cover up their reputation. They haven't been above delta in years and honestly aren't much better than axo at this point.

agree, although my perception of sigma kappa is pretty negative so i'd personally put them below axo.

Rank Predicitions for after bid day:

Top tier: Zeta and Phi Mu will battle over girls, but Sigma will surprise both of them and take the top spot.

Middle tier: AXiD will remain in the same position. If AOPi gets a good class, they likely will solidify over Delta, but it will be tough.

Bottom: KD will pull solidly ahead of sigma kappa, who will slip once again. AChiO will take a few surprises this year but remain in the same position.
