why so much sigma kappa hate?

DO NOT listen to greek rank. A lot of sororities that get the most hate/talk on here are the ones people are threatened by/competing with

just because sigma kappas seem really miserable.

It's really not because people feel "threatened". They are really good recruiters but they are known for having a really poor sisterhood. They're sisters don't just ignore each other, they talk really badly about each other and other organizations. I know a lot of sigma kappas and while some are happy there, most that I know do not like it and they vocalize it.

Honestly they're so mean and catty to one another easily one the worst sister hoods they're just desperately trying to get you to join so that they have some hope of not being looked at as bottom tier anymore

In my personal opinion, they just are not the most pleasant girls in a cohort. Individually, I have met some very, very sweet girls, but in a group setting, they seem very distant from one another and I honestly feel bad for them. If they can do some clean up within the org, they could definitely rise back up.

I agree with the person above me because I think they said it in the nicest, most respectable way you can. Individually, they are probably sweet girls which is why they give off a great impression. They are the kinds of girls that when in group settings, they gossip and are catty to one another as well as to other organizations. I think they really need to just work on their sisterhood (and their new pledge classes classiness), and then they could improve as a whole. They have good grades and are mostly attractive, but they just tend to not all get along.

Like someone else said, other organizations do have the same issues I'm sure with not everyone getting along. It happens. But Sigma Kappas tend to talk about it around others or to other girls in other sororities. Too many times I've heard my sigma kappa friends talking about how much they hate a girl for x reason to the point it sounds like they just hate their whole sorority.

I agree with 'honestly' above. DO NOT listen to Greek Rank and form your own opinion. Sigma Kappa has great girls. The ones I know really love their organization and each other. You can't judge an organization based on a few vocal, unhappy people. Yes, Sigma Kappa may need to work on this, but they don't deserve to be treated the way they are on this site.
