how is it decided who gets to be in the greek week dance?

For my organization it's basically whoever can commit to the huge time commitment it entails. We don't have auditions or anything but if there are more difficult parts of the dance that only some people do then those are chosen based on skill. Really just wait until you join an organization and it comes up, or if it's really super important to you maybe casually ask about it on Day 3 (sisterhood round) of recruitment
