It's honestly a nice dress or a nice pair of pants and a nice blouse or blazer just go look on Pinterest or there's sorority blogs that talk about what to wear each day just google some stuff

I wore nice black pants and a cute dressy top and black heels 2 years ago with nice accessories. (I wore my uggs in between parties and put my heels on when we would line up)
