bid day

You can pref house(s) and not get a bid (this is especially common if you pref two houses and chose to only list one of them on your card). However, if you do not receive a bid, on Bid Day morning before everyone meets your Pi Chi will call you or go to your dorm to inform you you did not receive a bid so that you can find out in a more private, respectful way and don't go to Bid Day activities. If you have more concerns about this I would talk to your Pi Chi once you get her

yes it is very rare for girls to not get bids I've only ever heard of a handful of stories of girls who have gotten dropped by everyone and only one story of girl to get dropped by everyone after pref

Isn't it rare for girls not to get a bid from anyone tho? There were some similar questions on the site and people responded that it only happens to a small amount of girls each year..
