by: being honestIf people should listen to anything on this website (which they really shouldn't), the discussion forums are way more accurate than the individual rankings because those are full with either self ranks, or really really salty organizations who are trying to maintain their spot in the their tier or make others fall below them.

Honestly, the same can be said about the discussions. If you go through some of the discussion threads, it's very obvious that are certain organizations posting hateful things to make other organizations look bad. No matter where you look, take it with a grain of salt. Some of the individual ratings are correct, others are wrong. Same with the discussions. Just an example- the hate thrown at AOII, KD, and Delta was the result of a particular organization wanting to put then down. They're all great orgs. Same can be said with hate against Sigma or Zeta or Phi Mu. Top tier organizations put each other down to make themselves look better. At the end of the day, every organization has something different to offer. Go in expecting to find something good in each house because trust me, you will.

I agree that other people do come on here to give their opinion on an organization and it's not always to put other orgs down because they're "jealous". Some people actually DO have those opinions and that's fine. But I do agree with the original comment that there are still organizations that do post being jealous and that the discussions can be bias just like the individual rankings. I mean, it is ironic that a lot of the hate stopped after one organization was called out for it. Once again, other people do come on here and offer opinions, but I think the more vicious ones come from organizations that are trying to hurt other organizations.

there are lots of unaffiliated people who come in to offer their two cents on their perceptions of organizations too. i guarantee mostly girls are rating the frats also. i really hate the argument that anyone who is "hating" is just jealous because most of the time, at least for me, that just isn't true.
