As long as your dresses business casual, your fine. If it looks business casual and happens to show your shoulders, I wouldn't stress.

Girls kind of interpret it their own ways. I wore a cute dress with a statement necklace and flats, other girls wore nice pants and a fun colored blazer. Just dress nice, but something you're comfortable in! Think going to dinner at a really nice restaurant.

I would recommend a blouse and skirt, a blouse and dress pants or a dress. If you don't have a top you really like, you could do a blazer with a less nice top underneath or if you're wearing a less professional dress you could wear a blazer over. Be warned however, houses can get warm inside so try for lightweight clothing

I want to shop now for clothes and not wait until I meet with my pi chi in like 4 weeks. I have the time while I'm home and a lot more shopping options! Please help post ideas for outfits!!!

My pi chi really didn't tell us that much, I ended up relying on older girls I knew for specifics. Just because this site can be full of garbage doesn't mean it can't be used as a good resource for certain things

go on pinterest for ideas! there are a bunch of outfits on there. just wear what you would wear to an interview, and let your personality show!
