All three are high school mean girls cliques continued in college
Phi mu is full of the meanest girls but if you're blonde thin and wealthy you will fit in. Some nice girls tossed into the mix but few and far between
Zeta prides themselves on being chiller but there's a definite obsession with status within zeta. the star girls status has hurt a lot of pledge classes. everyone cool desisters
Sigma close girls but if you join sigma it's very hard to stay close with friends who are not in Greek life or joined other sororities because of their expectations. A mix of girls

that the girls that are in the sororities are nice but most of the join them for the name because they're seen as the "cool" ones but most of the girls i know in there are very unhappy because they don't have close sisterhoods

I'm intrigued. As a member of a group that isn't represented at Elon, my friend was torn between AXiD, ZTA and SK. She ended up preffing at AXiD and Zeta, and putting AXiD #1 by far (and wishing she preffed SK instead of Zeta). She isn't a tier kind of person, so I guess I'm impressed that she preferred other chapters over so called top tier.

agreed for the most part, except i disagree with the statement that they are the high school mean girls. while theyre still stuck in high school and care too much about social status and being "popular", a lot of these girls are still nice. theyre just a little stupid, but nice.
