should i be worried

Most girls go through recruitment without being friends with women in sororities. I think if you have the chance to be friends with sorority members, then great. And just because people might be going to lunch with members or are friends with them doesn't mean they will get a bid for that group. They may even like another sorority more during recruitment.

The only time it really matters is if you're trying to get into a "top tier" sorority. Even then, though, they're pretty chill.

you need to put in an effort to meet girls though. its easier to get in if you have friends in there and sororities like girls who are outgoing and eager to make new friends. at least try to make some friends.

Don't worry about it. Lots of girls don't go on any dates. Plus, it's hard if you're not in class with any upperclassmen.

If you know of an older girl in a sorority like maybe your OL or a mentor or whoever, feel free to reach out to her! Sorority women are more than happy to gush over how much the love their organizations/Greek life so reaching out to learn more about it would be great.

On this campus I find it hard to believe you haven't met any sorority women. I think AXiD and AOPi are both having Philanthropy events this week. Go check them out and meet some sorority women! Maybe you'll get a lunch date out of it.

I went on no lunch dates at all, except once with the president of that sorority. I didn't get into the one where I grabbed lunch with the prez, even though they kept me till day three. But I was barely dropped from anywhere and ended up getting bids and joining. You don't have to worry at all.
