how to rush in the fall

I plan on rushing in this upcoming fall, and I want to rush a few different frats. How should I get to know the guys better so that I have a chance of getting in? What else could I do to help my chances?

I'm transferring in, not really sure how it works at Elon compared to a bigger university

According to elons rules even if you're a sophmore when you come in you need to spend a semester AT elon before you can rush, so you won't be able to do fall recruitment. However still spend all fall getting to know the frats and networking so you have a chance of getting a bid come spring!
