Sam Olt in Beta needs to go

Beta needs to take action and take responsibility for their new member Sam Olt. He has already inappropriately touched a fellow PHA member and said it’s “not a big deal get over it.” This is not the first time, just the one that’s being called out. Is Beta going to sit back and let this be their reputation or will they do better?
