They get decent pledge classes, they throw raging parties that on campus frats can’t. And yes; it peeves off on campus groups because of the double standard.
They absolutely compete with on campus frats in this category. It’s come up more than once at our chapter meetings and we are an on campus fraternity. Frankly, they are better than many of the on campus fraternities. SMH.

Anyone who goes to Elon knows that the Lambda, Kappa Sig and OPK is fading but still throwing parties that people attend. I can tell you they are not attending AEPi parties. Being off campus gives them a certain freedom both good and bad. The university drove them to this and as the university continues to harass and fine Fraternities the male percentage at Elon will suffer. I think we're at the breaking point where Elon's ranking and reputation are starting to suffer. That will get the Tru$tee's attention.
