These are the post recruitment tiers 2021

Top: zeta, sigma, phi mu
Middle: axid, aoii, delta

Let's be real, Phi Mu is highly disliked on campus. They desister, they have mean girl cancer etc. But every year they get a decent core of great girls mixed in with their PC. These girls often did not get into Sigma or Zeta and their friends did. Some actually made Phi Mu their #1 choice.
That happened again this year. Lots of friend groups were split with certain girls going to their second choice Phi Mu.
Phi Mu... please stop being an embarrassment. You're getting good girls mainly through legacy and geography from the NE. Please be a legitimate top tier again and not a den of snakes. I know you got some great girls this PC. Let them be. Let them shine. Don't destroy or break them down.
Class of 2024, if you encounter the problems. Don't break. Take leadership roles and protect yourselves.
