pref night
by: FreshmanIf you get invited to pref night, do you typically receive a bid the next day? Is it common to be dropped at this point in rush?
#1by: ask yo pi chi
I think some sororities may drop going into bid day, but for most groups its all about where you are on the bid list. If the group fills quota before they get to your name then you won't get a bid from them. Then the system compares you to your second choice and depending on where you are ranked on their list depends if you get a bid from them. If during bid signing you only choose one sorority and don't maximize your opitons by listing both, you only have one chance of getting a bid and will automatically be released if you are not very high on that bid list.
I know its confusing. Ask your pi chi to explainn it to you.
