Why Phi Mu is failing

Basically they do not follow the guidelines of nationals for recruitment.
They do their own things and have their own priorities that have changed and ruined what was once arguably the best sorority at Elon. The leadership for the last few years is recruiting based on superficial reasons and trying to backdoor in the people they want who would not normally fit in. Each year it got worse. Now everyone sees them as some pretty girls and a bunch of liars, many of whom will desister. If you think that is top tier, join them.
