Beta certainly certainly has more upside than the off campus groups except for OPK.

You said Beta has upside? Have you met half the babies in that fraternity?
Sure they have some cool guys, but a frat can't have that many lying low class members and be considered respectable. They started off strong when they came together, but are sadly still composed of too many non-Greeks who made the cut.
Kudos to them for not getting kicked off, but they are still a middle tier without a doubt.

Non Greeks until they make the cut? Wtf does that even mean everyone is non Greek before they make the cut. I know what you mean by your statement but that’s just a weird way of putting it

Non-Greeks? Are you referring to members of off campus party groups with no affiliation to an official Greek organization or Elon?
